Cyber Week 2025 at KU featured expert sessions, hands-on labs in AI and forensics, advanced cybersecurity training, and ended with a panel and certification ceremony honoring 50 participants.
In collaboration with Exploit3rs, seventy students tackled engaging capture-the-flag challenges across web, cryptography, and forensics domains, building real-world cybersecurity capabilities.
Delivered by Khaled Maarouf & Zayed AlDhaheri, students were taught about the basics of securing web applications.
Cyber Week 2025 at KU Main Campus featured four impactful days of events. It began on June 16 with a Financial-Sector Workshop led by experts from the UAE and Italy, focusing on cybersecurity resilience and threats. Day 2 launched advanced tracks in Digital Forensics and AI in Cybersecurity with hands-on labs. Day 3 offered in-depth training through immersive exercises. The final day included a panel on ecosystem resilience and concluded with a certification ceremony recognizing 50 participants.
